We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and grow a diversified portfolio of assets, including real estate, F&B projects, retail brands, and investment ventures.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator with strong business development skills and the ability to drive growth across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations for real estate assets (rentals, maintenance, installment schedules).
• Manage F&B and retail projects (café, fashion brand) to ensure profitability and growth.
• Develop feasibility studies and launch plans for new projects.
• Monitor cash flow, coordinate with accountants, and prepare monthly reports for the owner.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, partners, and contractors.
• Ensure KPI targets are achieved and new opportunities are identified.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations or business development (preferably in F&B, retail, or real estate in the GCC).
• Strong financial understanding (cash flow, P&L, ROI).
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Arabic speaking preferred, but not mandatory.
• Based in UAE.
