We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle basic office duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and messages
Organize and file documents
Assist with data entry and office coordination
Handle office supplies and maintain cleanliness
Support staff with printing, scanning, and photocopying
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Previous experience is a plus but not required
