You need to:
- Be digitally comfortable (Instagram, DMs, Basic Admin)
- Organised & detail orientated (order tracking, supplier & deliver updates)
- Polite communicator - match the tone of the Brand
- Proactive Energy
You will:
- Manage customer messages (DMs, Whatsapp, Emails)
- Upload prescheduled content across social media platforms
- Coordinating with suppliers & delivery service (confirming sizes, customisations, tracking production)
- Keeping update and organised with orders & inventory weekly
- Basic Canva or Shopify experience (can be taught)
