Job Description:
Leading Joinery company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee interior and joinery projects across various sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our in-house production team, site execution team, external contractors, and factory operations. This role requires strong site supervision skills, technical knowledge in interior detailing, and a solid background in fit-out and joinery works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations and supervision of wooden joinery projects at the site.
• Coordinate effectively between the design team, fit-out team, subcontractors, and joinery factory.
• Review, interpret, and ensure the execution of detailed shop drawings and BOQs.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and ensure on-site work aligns with approved designs.
• Report project progress, site conditions, and risks to management on a regular basis.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and liaise with suppliers and contractors to maintain workflow.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support as required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing projects.
• Strong background in interior detailing, fit-out works, and joinery.
• Proficient in reading and preparing detailed drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Immediate availability is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and site reporting tools
