We are an IT Support Company looking for skilled and motivated IT Support Executives / Sales executives to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure, with strong hands-on skills in servers, networks, cabling, and firewalls. You will be responsible for maintaining client IT systems and ensuring smooth, secure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure & maintain servers, network devices, and workstations
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and access points
Perform cabling, patch panel management & documentation
Configure firewalls, VPNs, and security policies
Provide end-user technical support (hardware/software/network)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT or related field
Minimum 2 years of IT support or network administration experience
Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or MCSA are an advantage
