LLC is a leading interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, delivering innovative, functional, and high-quality design solutions for residential, commercial, and retail spaces. We are expanding and looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out sector.
Generate high-quality leads through networking, field visits, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, real estate agents, and industry partners.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry networking activities.
Maintain an updated database of potential and existing clients.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Dubai in business development, ideally in interior design, fit-out, or as a real estate agent generating leads for design/fit-out projects.
Strong network of potential clients, brokers, and industry contacts in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive sales performance.
Must be motivated, target-oriented, and capable of bringing consistent business.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
