We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our presence within the hotel and hospitality industry. The role focuses on meeting key decision makers—such as procurement managers, housekeeping heads, and hotel management—to promote our premium hotel linen solutions, strong service-oriented approach, and highly competitive pricing.
The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, relationship-focused, and experienced in B2B sales within hospitality or a related sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with decision makers in 5-star hotels, luxury hotels, and hospitality groups
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote company offerings
Clearly communicate our quality standards, service excellence, and competitive pricing advantage
Understand client needs and propose tailored linen solutions (bed linen, bath linen, table linen, and bedding)
Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales
Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and contract renewals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and growth objectives
