The ideal candidate will bring 5-star hotel experience, refined culinary expertise, and a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in 5-star hotels, fine dining, or luxury hospitality
• Male or female candidates welcome
• Proven ability to lead and manage a private kitchen independently
• Expertise in menu creation and bespoke meal planning
• Strong skills in premium meat preparation and cooking
• Proficient in desserts, pastry, and bread making
• Ability to precisely follow instructions and replicate specific recipes
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional punctuality is essential, with a strong respect for schedules and household routines
• Highly organized, discreet, and accustomed to VIP standards
• Flexible and responsive to the needs of a private household
Responsibilities:
• Design and prepare high-quality, customized menus
• Deliver restaurant-level dining within a private home
• Ensure impeccable kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage kitchen inventory, sourcing, and organization
• Accommodate special dietary preferences and guest requirements
Compensation:
• Salary starting from AED 6,000, negotiable based on experience and expertise
