Dubai Municipality approved Civil Engineer (G+4 license mandatory).
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
Experience in villa and building projects (G+4)
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules regulations, and inspections.
Must be currently available in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Ability to handle site supervision, coordination, and approvals.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise civil works at site and ensure quality compliance.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
Handle Dubai Municipality inspections and approvals.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Prepare site reports and material approvals.
