We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the business development between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
duties:
1. Identify and research potential clients on line and social media
2. Develop and maintain client relationships
3. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
4. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
5. After searching the customers inquiry and make the quotation accordingly with professional skills and knowledge
6. Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
7. Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
8.Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
9. Find the client decision makers and meeting them for the further development of the business
10. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
11. Track and report on the status of proposal components
12. Conduct ongoing market research
Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
Drive the end-to-end sales process
13. Prepare and submit sales contracts and sales report
14. Coordinate with customers through emails etc
Key skills:
1. Excellently use for the WORD and EXCEL office software
2. Fluent English speaking and writing
3. Team player is mandatory
4. Working punctually
5. Strong skills for marketing and sales
6. Good knowledge of customers services and relationship
7. Have working experience in UAE or GCC
8. UAE driving licenses is priority
9. Fast learner for industrial machinery business
