The Sales Manager – General Trade is responsible for driving sales growth, distribution expansion, and profitability across the General Trade (Traditional Trade) channel. The role involves managing sales teams, distribution, routes, and all GT customers, while ensuring strong market execution, coverage, and achievement of sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–15+ years of FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to General Trade.
• Proven experience in foodstuff distribution (dry, frozen, chilled, or beverages preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing van sales / presales operations.
• Strong understanding of UAE GT market dynamics.
• Experience managing large field sales teams and distributors.
Other Requirements
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Willingness to work in a field-intensive role
• Strong knowledge of Dubai & Northern Emirates GT markets
• UAE experience is mandatory
