This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves actively engaging with potential clients through phone calls to promote and sell the company’s real estate services and properties. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, offering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and understanding client needs. The role also entails maintaining accurate records of interactions and achieving assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure a positive client experience and satisfaction.
Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets, and effectively close deals.
Capability and willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in real estate and telesales.
Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a requirement.
Proficiency in CRM tools and handling client databases is advantageous.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
1-2 years of experience is mandatory in Dubai real estate market.
