Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for a Property Consultant. The role involves providing expert consultancy to clients regarding buying, selling, or leasing properties, maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional customer service, and proactively generating leads to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting property market research, organizing property viewings, negotiating terms, and ensuring clients make informed decisions while adhering to RERA standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate to provide expert advice and navigate property transactions.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proven Sales skills to meet and exceed targets, including negotiation and closing deals.
A solid understanding of Dubai's real estate market and RERA compliance is preferred.
Relevant certifications or courses in real estate or consulting are advantageous.
Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
