We are hiring a Help Desk Support Officer to assist users with technical issues and provide fast, efficient IT support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and able to troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to staff
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Log, track, and follow up on support tickets
Install and configure basic IT equipment
Coordinate with the IT team for unresolved issues
Requirements:
Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and basic IT troubleshooting
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Previous help desk/IT support experience preferred
