We are looking for a proactive and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation works across residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
This role is best suited for a Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in building maintenance, fit-out, and renovation works.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day maintenance and renovation projects (villas, apartments, offices)
Site inspection, condition assessment, and reporting
Coordinate civil, MEP, and finishing works
Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare work schedules, material requests, and BOQs
Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
Handle snag lists, rectifications, and handovers
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Ensure health, safety, and site discipline compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
Proven experience in maintenance and renovation projects in the UAE
Strong knowledge of civil works, finishes, and basic MEP coordination
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of BOQs, drawings, and site documentation
Good English communication skills
Preferred:
UAE driving license
Experience with villa renovations and fit-out projects
Knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and standards
