We are seeking a ready-mix Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our batching plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control, production efficiency, and timely delivery of concrete to construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Must need valid Certificates & License
• Manage daily operations of the concrete batching plant.
• Monitor and control the production process according to mix design specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, logistics, and quality control departments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and safety regulations.
• Supervise maintenance of plant equipment and mixers.
• Optimize material usage and reduce waste.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports.
• Lead and train the plant production team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ready mix concrete production.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, batching software, and equipment.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
