Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and well-presented Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves handling inbound leads, converting them into sales, managing client appointments at our office, and ensuring smooth order processing and deliveries. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Handling:
Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, website, email, and phone calls
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable diamonds and jewellery
Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business
Assist in generating new clients through online inquiries and marketing leads
Client Appointments:
Schedule and manage client appointments at the office
Conduct in-person consultations and product presentations
Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand image
Order Processing & Payments:
Prepare sales orders and coordinate with internal teams for execution
Process payments via cash, bank transfer, card, or other approved methods
Ensure accurate invoicing, documentation, and compliance
Deliveries & After-Sales
Coordinate and manage order deliveries
Ensure secure handling and timely dispatch of diamonds and jewellery
Assist clients with post-sale queries and after-sales support
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery or luxury sales preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
Comfortable handling high-value transactions
Basic knowledge of jewellery is a plus (training will be provided)
Proficiency in English & Arabic (Hindi is a plus)
