We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality (DM) approval for G+12 construction projects. The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of local building regulations and procedures. Experience handling Dubai authority portals such as DM, DDA, and Trakhees is required. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
•Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of works.
•Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), DEWA, and other relevant authority requirements.
•Conduct site inspections, prepare and maintain reports, and ensure proper documentation of project activities.
•Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
•Monitor project progress, highlight potential risks or delays, and recommend solutions to resolve site issues effectively.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
•Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE (required).
•Strong technical knowledge of DM, DDA, DEWA, and other authority regulations.
•Holder of a valid DM Site Engineer Certificate.
•Proven ability to manage site works independently with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
•Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
