Responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and providing expert guidance throughout the real estate process.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing.
List properties on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Prepare and process required documentation (Form A, B, F, MOU, Tenancy Contracts, etc.).
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
