We are looking to hire an Pastry bakery Chef with
Minimum Experience in Similar Position: 3 Years
salary range is AED 2k - 4.5k depending on experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
⦁ Be in charge of the culinary departments to ensure operational efficiency, driving quality standards, whilst ensuring a high level of staff engagement
⦁ Create and develop menus and recipes
⦁ Maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
⦁ Drive high standards of food preparation in order to increase profitability of the restaurant
⦁ Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire restaurant
⦁ Maintain the branding and the quality of every meal
⦁ Take responsibility for the Bakery, Desserts and Pastry sections
⦁ Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
⦁ Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen
