Role Overview:
We are looking for a Real Estate Property PRO to handle leasing and rental activities for commercial and residential properties in Ajman.
Key Roles:
• Target leasing opportunities for commercial & residential properties
• Knowledge of online registrations in Ajman for:
– Municipality documentation
– FEWA services
– Sewerage registration
• Strong focus on achieving rental and leasing targets in Ajman market
Responsibilities:
• Manage leasing of in-house & management-owned commercial and residential properties
• Create and manage online property listings across portals & social media
• Conduct property viewings and client follow-ups
• Weekly reporting to management on sales/leasing activities and performance
• Build relationships with tenants and business clients
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: AED 2,000 + Attractive Commission
