Job Title - Driver Merchandiser:
1. Visit retail outlets as per route plan and merchandise as per Visibility Agreements with the customer.
2. Ensure shelves are clean / smart.
3. Responsible for ensuring that all products are available (brands / categories & packages).
4. Responsible to generate orders ahead of time and making sure outlets will not run out of stocks.
5. Responsible for producing daily product availability or product stock out reports and communicating this information to management for corrective action
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in merchandising, delivery, or a related field within the FMCG industry.
2. Familiarity with local routes and geography to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Physical fitness for lifting and moving merchandise during deliveries.
7. A valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
