We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage all housekeeping operations for a VIP family in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service excellence at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and daily schedules
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the residence
-Train and guide staff to ensure 5-star service standards
-Handle inventory, procurement, and cleaning materials usage
-Coordinate with other departments for smooth household operations
-Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality (supervisory/managerial level preferred)
-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-Experience managing a multicultural team
-Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
