Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of sales associates and other staff members
Ensure that all employees are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
Maintain inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked and displayed properly
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
