Responsibilities:
Handle HR operations and administrative support
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Coordinate training sessions and HR events
Support payroll and attendance tracking
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Provide support for day-to-day HR functions
