Pravarthi Building Contracting LLC is seeking Electrical & Plumbing Foreman with a strong background in warehouse and steel building construction. If you have total 15 years of experience and 5 years in Dubai and expertise in supervising and managing construction projects (warehouse and steel building construction), we invite you to apply.
Position Overview:
As a Electrical & Plumbing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site for MEP works. You will coordinate and supervise site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage MEP Works operations for warehouse and steel building projects
• Coordinate and lead MEP worker's on-site
• Ensure the safety and quality standards are maintained
• Monitor project progress and report to site engineer
• Assist in managing materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to site schedules and project deadlines
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 15 years of experience in construction industry, specifically with warehouse and steel buildings and at least 5 years of experience in Dubai.
• Strong leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of authority / DEWA processes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Good communication skills
