Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business growth across hospitality and travel service portfolios.
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to enhance brand positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the region.
Requirements:
• Preferably a European national with relevant industry exposure.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and business development within hospitality, travel, or related services.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages will be an asset.
