Job Description:
We are hiring a reliable and skilled Villa Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in:
• Gardening & Basic Landscaping
• Irrigation System Setup & Minor Repairs
• Swimming Pool Cleaning & Water Level/Chemical Maintenance
• Car Wash
• Driving (Company Vehicle for service visits)

Requirements:
• Proven experience in villa maintenance or facility management
• Knowledge of gardening tools, irrigation timers, and fertilizers
• Experience in cleaning and maintaining swimming pools
• Ability to safely wash vehicles
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Basic spoken English or Hindi/Urdu
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow a schedule and service plan
