Company Overview:
We are an international pharmaceutical trading company headquartered in Dubai, involved in the distribution, import/export, and invoicing of pharmaceutical products. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor incoming client orders and ensure they are processed accurately and on time.
• Track and maintain stock levels of existing products; identify shortages and prepare forecasting reports to plan upcoming orders.
• Communicate with suppliers to follow up on pending orders and ensure timely product delivery.
• Verify that all shipping and logistics documents (invoices, packing lists, airway bills, etc.) are received and organized properly.
• Prepare and issue invoices for clients based on agreed terms.
• Record and manage product-related transactions — including purchase costs, sales transactions, and other operational expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of payables and receivables, ensuring smooth cash flow management.
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks related to order management, documentation, and coordination.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, trading, logistics, or procurement (pharmaceutical experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general data management.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience in working with suppliers, documentation, and invoicing workflows.
