### **Key Responsibilities:**
#### **Real Estate & Client Management**
* Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
* Manage end-to-end property transactions – from listing to closing.
* Conduct property tours, viewings, and negotiations with clients.
* Advise clients on property investment opportunities and market trends.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants.
#### **Team & Performance**
* Work closely with management and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
* Attend regular training sessions and team meetings.
* Maintain all deal files, paperwork, and client documentation as per RERA standards.
* Stay up to date with Dubai’s property market laws, regulations, and project launches.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
* Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
* Confident using social media online property portals.
