We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to lead a team and manage the diverse properties portfolio and liaise with tenants / real estate agents, can collate information pertaining to the real estate rental market, statistics, presentations/ surveys and act as the link between the owners and the tenants.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in property management, especially in managing diverse property types including residential, commercial, and retail.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local property management regulations, landlord-tenant laws, and market trends.
• Relevant experience is handling online advertisement property finder, Bayut, Dubizzle & Internal websites.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management and leasing.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure that lease agreements align with company goals and legal requirements.
• Manage lease negotiations for new and renewal leases both residential and commercial properties.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must have driving license and car

• Initiate marketing & advertisement strategies to maximize the occupancy.
• Initiate and update Market study and price book for approvals
• Handle tenant relations, retention policies and initiate customer journey process to ensure utmost customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and building codes including maintenance, cleaning, security.
• Screen and select qualified tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and handle lease renewals.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve tenant complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, laws, and regulations related to property management.
