We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to lead and manage the full operations of our real estate company in Dubai. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can build a high-performance team, establish internal processes, and drive business growth across leasing, sales, property management, and investment advisory services.
The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, experience in company building, team management, and compliance with RERA/DLD regulations. You will be responsible for setting up the company structure, hiring and training staff, and implementing systems and strategies to drive profitability and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Company Setup & Team Building
• Design and implement the organizational structure.
• Hire, train, and lead a team of agents, admin staff, and department heads (sales, leasing, marketing, property management).
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily operations.
2. Business Strategy & Growth
• Define short- and long-term strategic goals for the company.
• Create business plans for revenue generation across multiple streams (sales, rentals, off-plan, property management).
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Oversee daily company operations, including sales, leasing, marketing, admin, and customer service.
• Implement CRM systems, property portals, and performance tracking tools.
• Ensure proper documentation, legal compliance, and professional ethics are followed.
4. Financial Oversight
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure business targets are met.
• Control costs, manage cash flow, and recommend investment strategies.
️ 5. Legal, RERA & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure company, agents, and properties are fully compliant with RERA, DLD, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Handle licensing, RERA registration, Ejari systems, and tenancy laws.
• Maintain strong relationships with government entities, developers, and regulatory bodies.
6. Client & Developer Relations
• Build a trusted reputation with clients, investors, and landlords.
• Establish partnerships with leading developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.).
• Supervise key client accounts and ensure top-level customer satisfaction.
