We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join our growing team and oversee the company’s legal and contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisitions and sales (title verification, encumbrances, service charges, ownership checks).
• Advise management and clients on UAE real estate laws, DLD regulations, and RERA compliance.
• Prepare and review power of attorney documents, addendums, and corporate resolutions.
• Handle dispute resolution, notices, and correspondence with landlords, tenants, or buyers/sellers.
• Liaise with government bodies such as the Dubai Land Department, RERA, Notary Public, and Municipalities to ensure smooth processing of legal transactions.
• Maintain the company’s legal documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in contract standardization.
• Support cross-border legal structuring and investment transactions (including UK, GCC, or international jurisdictions if required).
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate, property, or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of UAE civil, property, and commercial laws.
• Experience dealing with DLD, RERA, and developer regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred.
