Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to joinery, carpentry, and interior works.
• Follow up on project progress to ensure completion within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate between production, design, and installation teams for smooth workflow.
• Review drawings and ensure proper execution as per design and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of work, materials, and finishing details.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower and materials on site.
• Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress and challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery and interior fit-out works.
• Strong understanding of joinery production and installation processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
