Looking for experienced Retention and Sales Agents with a solid background in the Forex industry. The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, and capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and retain existing clients through effective communication and relationship management.
Promote and sell Forex products and services professionally.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide excellent client support and after-sales service.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Forex sales or retention is mandatory.
Immediate joiners only.
UAE-based candidates with own or sponsored visa.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong sales drive and ability to perform under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission: Up to AED 20,000 monthly (performance-based).
