We are a fast-growing packaged food distribution company based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Van Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of delivery and sales routes across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell and distribute packaged food products to retail and foodservice customers
• Issue clear manual invoices for each customer.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as assigned by the sales supervisor/manager
• Ensure on-shelf merchandising, product visibility, and stock rotation at customer outlets
• Develop and grow business in assigned areas through prospecting and lead generation
• Maintain excellent customer relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high service standards
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and deliveries
• Report on daily sales activities, market feedback, and competitor information
• Drive carefully and observe all local traffic laws
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar van sales or field sales role, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution industry
• Valid UAE manual driving license
• Strong knowledge of the route networks in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Basic proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage)
