We are currently hiring a Cashier for our retail mart. If you are friendly, fast, and accurate with handling money and customer service, we want you on our team!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately
Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Ensure prices and barcodes are up to date and accurate
Assist with packing items when needed
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
Follow all store policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
Basic math and computer skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
