We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Executive & Project Assistant to work directly with the Founder in managing the full preparation and launch of Tech project — including research, communication, operations, and project coordination.
This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the Founder of a visionary new project that combines creativity, business, and innovation at an international level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Support & Operations
• Support the Founder in day-to-day project management and coordination.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple work streams (design, tech, partners, etc.).
• Assist in preparing project documents, presentations, and reports.
2. Communication & Partner Outreach
• Draft professional emails, partnership proposals, and meeting summaries.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential partners and vendors.
• Build and maintain organized contact lists and communication records.
3. Research & Market Analysis
• Conduct research on industries, companies, and competitors.
• Collect data (from Google Maps, social media, and websites) to build structured lists for outreach.
• Summarize insights and findings in clean, visual reports.
4. Administrative & Executive Assistance
• Manage calendars, follow-ups, and scheduling.
• Support in organizing files, data, and version control.
• Maintain confidentiality of all documents and communications.
Ideal Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in executive assistance, operations, or project coordination.
• Strong writing and communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus).
• Excellent skills in Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and digital tools.
• Research-oriented and detail-focused, with strong organizational habits.
• Comfortable in a startup-style, fast-moving environment.
