HR GENERALIST / ASSISTANT
FULL-TIME | ONSITE - ABU DHABI
The HR Generalist/ Assistant supports all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role works closely with managers and employees to ensure HR policies are applied consistently and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations.
Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Knowledgeable in MS Office, HRIS and other related systems
Experience in HR operations or a generalist role preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
WILLING TO START IMMEDIATELY.
