The Labor Staff is responsible for performing various physical tasks to support daily operations company. Duties include loading and unloading materials, cleaning and preparing work sites, operating basic tools or machinery, and assisting skilled workers as needed. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
Clean and prepare construction sites or work areas.
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, welders) as directed.
Operate basic hand and power tools.
Perform general site maintenance and cleanup.
