We are seeking a Dress Tailor who specializes in evening gowns and bridal dresses.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, cut, sew, and alter bridal gowns, evening dresses, and custom formal wear
• Perform tucking, pleating, draping, hemming, and fitting adjustments
• Set and dress mannequins for fittings, display, and design visualization
• Collaborate with clients to ensure the perfect fit, silhouette, and finish
• Handle delicate fabrics (silk, lace, chiffon, satin) with expertise
• Maintain sewing machines, tools, and workspace in excellent condition
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Tailor / Dressmaker / Seamstress (bridal and evening wear experience preferred)
• Strong skills in pattern making, alterations, and garment finishing
• Knowledge of fashion design techniques, fabrics, and embellishments
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with custom designs or haute couture pieces
• Understanding of body measurements, draping, and mannequin styling
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
