Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for both Kayan Marketing and Kayan Real Estate divisions — including property videos, social media campaigns, corporate content, and event coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Capture professional photo and video content for properties, campaigns, and events.
Plan and execute shoots with creativity and attention to detail.
Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and client presentations.
Create cinematic property walkthroughs and lifestyle reels.
Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design when needed.
Manage video storage, archiving, and backups.
Coordinate with the marketing team and designers to ensure consistent branding.
Deliver final content optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website).
Requirements
Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (agency or real estate experience preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Strong eye for composition, framing, and storytelling.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver creative results fast.
Flexible to shoot across different locations in Dubai.
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate content creation.
Basic drone operation and photography.
Understanding of digital marketing and social media video trends.
