Our recruitment agency, Global Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring a Social Media Manager on behalf of one of our partner companies in Dubai, active in the TikTok and digital marketing industry.
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and goal-oriented professional with solid experience in social media and client management.

Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Social Media Manager are to find clients, sign contracts with them, and handle everything related to social media management — including:
• Managing clients’ social media accounts (mainly TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Creating posts, writing captions, and developing video scripts
• Joining the creative team on-site during filming sessions
• Maintaining communication with clients and ensuring project delivery
• Bringing fresh ideas, trends, and content strategies to enhance engagement

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or client relations
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, short-form content, and audience behavior
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently
• Must be based in Dubai and available for meetings and filming sessions
