We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Manager to lead our back-office operations supporting a UK-based telecom provider. This senior-level position involves overseeing multiple departments — including operations, HR, IT, government permits, planning, coordination, and sales support — ensuring seamless business performance and consistent communication with top management.
The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, the ability to coordinate across departments, and a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate teams across operations, HR, IT, permits, and sales support.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure efficient interdepartmental communication.
• Communicate effectively with Directors and provide clear operational reports and insights.
• Monitor project performance, forecasts, and targets to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to maintain high performance and morale.
• Support company strategy, business planning, and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements
• 10–15 years of professional experience in operations, management, or project coordination.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with senior management.
• Experience in telecom or service-based industries is a plus.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
