IT Skills Required:
- UAE Driving License Preferred
- Possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Good Communication Skills, Good Knowledge of installing windows OS, printers and softwares, Installation and trouble shooting of MS office 2013-24, troubleshooting day to day issues on desktop & network.
- Good hands on experience on Active Directory Domain controller, Installing and configuration of services like (DC, DNS, DHCP, File server, Backup Server, Print server and Antivirus server).
- Desktop support Windows family and MAC computers.
Having a brief knowledge about M365 & Mail clients (Outlook, ActiveSync, Mobile Email Settings).
- Structure cabling, knowledge in cable pulling ,termination and testing on cat6 patchpanel and modular jacks
- Time Attendance , Access Control, CCTV Cabling and Setup
Knowledge of Network Security practices and protocols
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications in relevant IT domains (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA) are a plus
