About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative/Personal Assistant to work from Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and accounting, and be ready to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home administrative support, managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
- Assist with financial tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Maintain and organize confidential health records and documents.
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or PA role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong background in accounting or financial management.
- Current UAE driver's license is a must.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
