Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
2. Cost Accounting & Production Control
Track and analyze manufacturing costs including raw materials (e.g., marble, granite, engineered stone), labor, and overhead.
Maintain updated cost sheets for different stone products (slabs, tiles, cut-to-size orders).
Monitor inventory levels of blocks, slabs, consumables, and spare parts.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Analyze production efficiency and recommend cost-saving measures.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process supplier invoices for materials, equipment, and services.
Ensure timely payments and maintain good relationships with vendors.
Prepare customer invoices based on deliveries, contracts, or project milestones.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain accurate aging reports.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and production teams to resolve disputes.
4. Payroll & Employee Claims
Prepare monthly payroll in coordination with HR or production supervisors.
Process employee expense claims, advances, and reimbursements.
Monitor overtime, work hours, and compliance with labor policies.
5. Compliance & Audit Support
Ensure adherence to local financial regulations, taxation rules, and industry standards.
Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
File VAT/tax returns and ensure timely payment of obligations.
6. Banking & Cash Management
Manage daily cash flow and maintain banking relationships.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor liquidity for operations.
Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and ensure complete documentation.
