We are a well-established trading company seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, and trade finance activities including Letters of Credit (LCs), bank facilities, taxation, and compliance.
The CFO will work closely with top management to ensure financial stability, optimize cash flow, manage risk, and provide guidance on business expansion and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage trade finance operations (LCs, BGs, and credit lines).
- Ensure compliance with UAE and international financial regulations.
- Oversee audits, accounting, and taxation.
- Advise management on investments, risks, and profitability.
Requirements:
- CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior finance roles (preferably in trading/import-export).
