We are Aijmos Real Estate LLC, a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, looking for a smart and responsible Admin / Office Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developers portals me broker registration & onboarding
• Calls / WhatsApp handling
• Email drafting & document filing
• RERA forms & basic compliance
• CRM data entry (training diya jayega)
• Daily agents coordination & office tasks
• Basic MS Office & Google Drive handling
• Meetings scheduling & follow-ups
Requirements:
• Good communication (English required, Hindi bonus)
• UAE real estate admin experience is preferred (not mandatory)
• Quick learner & responsible
• Can join immediately
Salary: AED 2500-4000 (depending on experience)
Location: Mankhool, Dubai
