Job Description: Sales Executive – Gold Industry
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the gold and precious metals sector. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with gold buyers, traders, refineries, and wholesalers within the UAE and GCC. This role involves driving sales growth, sourcing new clients, maintaining key accounts, and ensuring smooth, compliant transactions in a fast-paced, high-value environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the gold, bullion, and precious metals market.
• Manage and grow existing client portfolios, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract terms within company guidelines.
• Maintain an understanding of gold market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate transactions with operations, logistics, and finance teams.
• Ensure all sales activities follow UAE regulations and compliance standards.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market insights, and client activity.
• Attend trade events and networking activities to expand market presence.
• Support compliance by gathering KYC/AML documentation when required.
• Represent the company professionally to build trust and strong partnerships.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of sales experience in gold trading, bullion, or precious metals.
• Strong understanding of gold pricing, purity, assay, and refinery processes.
• Established network of buyers, wholesalers, and trading companies in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of UAE KYC/AML compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with refineries, gold dealers, bullion banks, or trading houses.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
